ingredients (for two)

• 3 oz blanco tequila
• 1.5 oz passion fruit liqueur (or orange liqueur as substitute)
• 1.5 oz lime juice
• 0.5 oz agave necter syrup
• 1 passion fruit

instructions

1. add tequila, liqueur, lime juice, and agave syrup to shaker with ice.

2. halve the passion fruit and with a spoon scramble up the contents of one half to make some goo. add a spoonful of seeds to the bottom of the glass.

3. add the rest of the passion fruit to the shaker. shake hard to really combine the passion fruit.

4. double strain into the cocktail glasses.
