ingredients

• 1.5 oz white rum
• 1 oz overproof rum
• 2 oz cream of coconut
• 3 oz pineapple juice
• 1 c frozen pineapple
• 1 oz lime juice
• 0.5 oz green chartreuse
• 2 dashes coffee bitters
• nutmeg

instructions

1. combine rums, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, pineapple, lime juice, and green chartreuse in a blender. blend until smooth.

2. pour into glass. top with 2 dashes of coffee bitters and some grated nutmeg.
