ingredients

  • 1 ½ c brown rice
  • 2 carrots, shaved into ribbons
  • 2 zucchini, shaved into ribbons
  • 16 oz broccoli florets, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 8 oz button mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 4 clobes garlic, minced
  • 2 thumbs ginger, minced
  • 4 scallions, cut into 3-in-pieces and halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
  • 10 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 8 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 6 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp sugar
